Acrylicize Develops Creative Office Spaces to Bring Employees Back to the Office

There is a tension in this post-pandemic landscape between companies who stress the importance of office culture and want their employees back in the office and employees who find themselves happier, more productive, and more comfortable working from home. Multidisciplinary art studio Acrylicize is working with organizations to bridge that gap and design offices with collaboration, creativity, and culture in mind.

It begins with art. In the past, business owners decided what kind of art would be displayed in the office, and these selections would appeal only to a narrow taste. Paul Arad, Managing Director of Acrylicize, believes that workplaces should be reflections of the people who work there, and the art displayed in an office should appeal to a wide range of tastes. Employees themselves should have a say in what their workspace looks like, from artwork to lighting.
